As part of the ROCKIT strategic roadmapping action in the area of multimodal conversational interaction technologies, CITIA has arrived at a set of five target research and innovation scenarios, presented and discussed here. These scenarios represent a number of common themes arising from the workshops organized uring the process: accessibility, multilinguality, the importance of design, privacy by design, systems for all of human–human, human–machine, and human–environment interactions, robustness, security, potentially ephemeral interactions, and using the technology to enable fun. This thread presents and discusses the first scenario: Adaptable Interfaces for All which can be found in the attached document.

Adaptable Interfaces for all - Demographic trends are a kiey driver - and also, Government Programs supporting delivery of adaptable interfaces for elderly and disabled people. Governments do require such ineterfaces for equal rights at work for disabled, and Government do ask for such interaces for elderly people given the change in demographics, the sheer need for self applyable interfaces for elderly to communicated and to get simple jobs done ton increase quality of live without involvement of human beings. Use cases are well defined by Rockit, i might add in:
- automotive integrated solution (car manufacturers are keen and eager to integrate such interfaces)
- integration in hearing aids/glasses/mobile devices
